Festival Fully Staffed!!
Preparations for the the First Didsbury Beer Festival are now complete. We have enough volunteers to cover all sessions. Our Festival Staff Miester, Patrick has now emailed the schedule to those who have volunteered, please check and contact him if you have any questions.
Festival Fully Funded!
The response to our request for people to help fund this event by becoming a stakeholder has been spectacular. We have raised the £5,000 we hoped for and then some!!
Because of this, the money to finance the Beer Festival is assured!!
Beer and Cider List
Sponsorship of the Beer Festival has been excellent, we have sold all the advertising space in the Beer Festival program. Remember, the sponsors of this event are,
local businesses putting their hard earned cash back into this community event.

The list of beers that will be available at the Festival has been finalised and published here
Food Menu and Pricing
Good beer needs to be complimented by good food and we have secured the services of a top quality caterer for the event. If you feel the need to feed during the session then food, including a vegetarian option, will be available at very reasonable prices. If you want to see what will be on offer then take a look here
Entertainment
Opening the Festival on Friday night will be Swingin’ Affair
Saturday Afternoon will feature an Irish Pipe Band
And to close the Festival, on Saturday night we will have the Cheesy Weasel Band
The upstairs room at the venue has been designated a Manchester Music Room
All pre-event tickets have now been sold
You will still be able to pay at the door, (the Pre-sold tickets only make up a proportion of the total capacity). We have increased capacity by hiring a marquee for the event, so there should be plenty of room for everybody!
